A total of 15,000,000,000 $SHIFU (15% of the total supply) will be available for the Public Presale.<br>

* **Maximum Raise:** 575 ETH (\~$2.25m)
* **FDV Cap:** 3830 ETH (\~$15M)
* **Purpose:** Raised funds will be deployed to liquidity.
* **Vesting:** 100% unlocked at TGE (THIS WEEK)
* **Accepted Token:** ETH only (NO CEX WALLETS)
* **Minimum Contribution:** 0.1 ETH
* **Maximum Contribution:** No maximum limit.
* **Time Limit:** 24 hours
* **Airdrop:** Receive SHIFU in ETH Chain

### **How to Participate**

1. The contract address will be shared on X (Twitter) and Telegram at the start of the presale.
2. Use a non-custodial wallet like MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or a hardware wallet to send ETH to the contract address.

• Contributions from centralized exchange (CEX) wallets (e.g., Binance, Bybit, Coinbase) will not be accepted.

### **Allocation Scenarios**

### 1. Oversubscription (Contributions exceed target):

In the event that total deposits exceed the presale target (575 ETH), participants will receive a partial allocation of $SHIFU, with the remainder of their ETH refunded.

**Example Calculation for Oversubscription**

Scenario: The presale target is575 ETH, but total deposits reach 1,000 ETH.

Your deposit: 1 ETH

Total deposits: 1,000 ETH

Target: 575 ETH

Total Presale Supply: 15,000,000,000 $SHIFU

**Step 1:** Calculate your allocation in ETH terms:

* &#x20;(Your deposit ÷ Total deposits) × Target = \
  (1 ETH ÷ 1,000 ETH) × 575 ETH = 0.575 ETH worth of $SHIFU

**Step 2:** Convert ETH allocation into $SHIFU:

* (Allocated ETH ÷ Target) × Total Presale Supply = \
  (0.575 ETH ÷ 575 ETH) × 15,000,000,000 $SHIFU = 15,000,000 $SHIFU

**Step 3:** Calculate ETH refund:

* Total deposit - Allocated ETH = 1 ETH - 0.575 ETH = 0.425 ETH refunded

Final Result: You will receive **15,000,000 $SHIFU** (based on 0.575 ETH) and **0.425 ETH refunded.**

### 2. Normal Subscription (Contributions on or below target):

If the presale contributions reach or fall below the 575 ETH target, the available $SHIFU will be distributed proportionally based on each participant’s contribution relative to the total deposits. \

No ETH will be refunded in underfunding scenarios, as all deposited ETH will be used for token allocation.

**Example Calculation for Underfunding**

Scenario: The presale only raises 300 ETH instead of the 575 ETH target.

Your deposit: 1 ETH

Total deposits: 300 ETH

Total Presale Supply: 15,000,000,000 $SHIFU

**Calculate your allocation in $SHIFU:**

* (Your deposit ÷ Total deposits) × Total Presale Supply = \
  (1 ETH ÷ 300 ETH) × 15,000,000,000 $SHIFU = 50,000,000 $SHIFU<br>

Final Result: You will receive **50,000,000 $SHIFU** based on your proportional contribution.
