# 1- SHIB and BUBBLE Airdrop

## $SHIFU Airdrop to Holders (22%)<br>

A total of **22,000,000,000 $SHIFU** tokens (22% of the total supply) will be airdropped to **$SHIB** and **$BUBBLE** holders who have their tokens on-chain.

### **Airdrop Terms and Conditions**

**1. Eligibility:**

* Hold **100,000 $SHIB** and **100 $BUBBLE** in the same wallet to qualify for **1 Shifu Ticket.**
* $SHIB must be held in an on-chain wallet.
* $BUBBLE can be either staked or unstaked.<br>

**2. Proportional Distribution:**

* The airdrop will be distributed proportionally to all holders with **Shifu Tickets**, based on their $SHIB and $BUBBLE holdings.<br>

**3. Unlimited Allocation Slots:**

* &#x20;There is no limit to the number of **Shifu Tickets** you can earn per wallet.

**Examples:**

• Holding **100,000 $SHIB** and **100 $BUBBLE** earns **1 Shifu Ticket.**

• Holding **1,000,000,000 $SHIB** and **1,000,000 $BUBBLE** earns **10,000 Shifu Tickets.**

• Holding **200,000 $SHIB** and **100 $BUBBLE** earns **1 Shifu Ticket** (additional $SHIB does not contribute to extra Shifu Tickets unless proportional to $BUBBLE holdings).<br>

**4. Calculation and Distribution:**

• The total number of **Shifu Tickets** will be calculated among all eligible holders.

• The airdrop will be divided equally across all **Shifu Tickets**.<br>

**5. Snapshot Date:**

• The snapshot date will be announced shortly.
